I’m Alayna, founder of Alayna Billing LLC, and I’ve built my career around helping healthcare practices navigate the often complicated world of medical billing and revenue cycle management.

My experience includes working with a variety of specialties, including primary care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and mental health. Over the years, I’ve worked extensively with insurance verification, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, appeals, accounts receivable, credentialing, and the day to day problem solving that comes with keeping a practice’s revenue cycle moving.

Before starting Alayna Billing LLC, I worked in medical billing leadership and management, overseeing billing operations and supporting both clients and billing teams. That experience gave me a strong understanding of not only the technical side of medical billing, but also what practice owners and providers actually need from the person handling their revenue.

I started Alayna Billing LLC because I wanted to offer something more personal than the traditional large billing company model. When I work with a practice, I take the time to understand how it operates, identify where revenue may be getting delayed or lost, and stay involved in resolving issues rather than simply submitting claims and moving on.

I believe good medical billing requires persistence, attention to detail, communication, and accountability. My goal is to give providers confidence that the financial side of their practice is being actively managed so they can spend more of their time focused on their patients.
